Mazmur 64:9-10

64:9 and all people will fear. ¹ 

They will proclaim ²  what God has done,

and reflect on his deeds.

64:10 The godly will rejoice in the Lord

and take shelter in him.

All the morally upright ³  will boast. ⁴ 

[64:9]  ¹ tc Many medieval Hebrew mss read וַיִּרְאוּ (vayyir’u, “and they will see”) instead of וַיִּירְאוּ (vayyirÿ’u, “and they will proclaim”).

[64:9]  ² tn Heb “the work of God,” referring to the judgment described in v. 7.

[64:10]  ³ tn Heb “upright in heart.”

[64:10]  ⁴ tn That is, about the Lord’s accomplishments on their behalf.
